Arbitration
Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts arising from the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled and adjudicated by arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitrator shall be a legally trained person with experience in the field of information technology and independent of either party to the contract.
